Quick FAQ

• A customer may be deleted, but a report cannot be deleted.
• The customer is identified by their phone number. The same phone number cannot be used twice.
• To save a report, Click on the Report Icon or Customer Icon.
• If the state does not fill in when setting up a customer, make sure you are not selecting your auto fill.
• Refinance: Cash at closing always defaults to max cash at closing. To edit the amount of cash at closing go to Edit Loan Options.
• Logo: PNG, JPG around 1000 x 300 px (3-4:1 aspect ratio) under 1MB
