Forgot Password to Sign In
If you forgot your password, you can easily request that a reset link be emailed to your account's sign in email address.
From app.HECMTool.com on the Sign In page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address that is associated with the HECM Tool.
It will be the same email that you use with Quantum Reverse.
- Click Reset Password.
A link will be sent to your email to use to reset your password for the HECM Tool. This can sometimes end up in your Spam Folder, if you don't see it right away, check there. The email will look like this below.
- Click Reset Password.
Note - The link is valid for 1 hour.
- Enter a new password
- Confirm the new password
- Click Reset Password
