Change Appreciation Rate
From the Report
- Click Edit Loan Options
- Click Edit Appreciation Rate
- Enter the new Appreciation Rate
- Click Save as New
The report is now updated with the new appreciation rate.
To save the updated report
- Click on customer icon or report icon.
