Key Concepts:

  • Client-for-Life System:

    Build trust, stay top of mind, and generate a 10–20% transaction rate from your existing database.

  • Past Client Connect Calls:

    Check in to provide value (mortgage review, estate planning, tax exemptions, etc.) and earn the right to ask for referrals.

  • Evidence of Success Postcards:

    Tell compelling short stories (real or AI-assisted) that illustrate successful reverse mortgage scenarios.

  • Case Study Emails with HECM Tool Reports:

    You can use real examples and videos to encourage and re-engage past clients and referral partners.
