Emailing the HECM Tool Report presentation with recap video to borrower for ultimate conversion.

  1. Create a HECM Tool Report(HTR) for your customer
  2. Click Generate PDF
  3. Click Download PDF
  4. It will save to your Downloads
  5. Rename the HTR with borrowers name " Smith HECM Tool Report"
  6. Create email (see template below) to your borrower
  7. Attach the HECM Tool Report(pdf) to the email
  8. Record a walk through video explaining the HTR
  9. Attach the video to the email
  10. Email the attached HECM Tool Report and Video to borrower
