Emailing the HECM Tool Report presentation with recap video to borrower for ultimate conversion.
- Create a HECM Tool Report(HTR) for your customer
- Click Generate PDF
- Click Download PDF
- It will save to your Downloads
- Rename the HTR with borrowers name " Smith HECM Tool Report"
- Create email (see template below) to your borrower
- Attach the HECM Tool Report(pdf) to the email
- Record a walk through video explaining the HTR
- Attach the video to the email
- Email the attached HECM Tool Report and Video to borrower
