Present the HECM to a Real Estate Agent one on one or in a group setting.

Create this Purchase HECM Tool Report:

1. Choose Cash to close > Enter $ amount
2. Select Option 1 > CMT Monthly Cap 5 > Enter Margin rate
3. Select Option 2 > All Cash > Enter $ amount
4. Click Next to create the report
